the casle - timeless elegance

Veulen Castle, also known as Château de Fologne, is a historic castle located in the rolling hills of Hesbaye. The current castle was built in 1747 and designed as a grand square farmhouse in the late Maas style, with the northeastern wing, flanked by towers, forming the actual castle.

Since 1960, the estate has been protected as a monument. Between 2001 and 2009, the castle underwent an extensive restoration.

The surrounding castle estate spans approximately 20 hectares and includes a landscaped park that originated from an 18th-century design for an 'anglo-chinese garden.'

During Hesbaye Classic Days, this private estate serves as the stylish backdrop for classic cars.
