General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

1.1 'Company': Veulen Estate bv, established at Kasteelstraat 19 - 3870 Heers - Belgium

1.2 'Participant': A natural or legal person who has registered for an event organised by the Company.

1.3 'Event': An organised vintage car event.

Article 2 - Application and Registration

2.1 Participants can register for an Event via the website or other designated channels.

2.2 Registration is final upon receipt of payment.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse registration without giving any reason.

Article 3 - Payment

3.1 The participation fee must be paid in full prior to the Event.

3.2 Nothing will be reserved for an unpaid registration.

3.2 In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions set out in Articles 4 and 5 apply.

Article 4 - Cancellation conditions Event participation by Participant

4.1 For cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the Event, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

4.2 For cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the Event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

4.3 If cancelled within 30 days before the start of the Event, no refund will be made.

Article 5 - Cancellation conditions of an Event

5.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel an Event.

5.2 Each Participant will be informed of this and given the choice of taking part on another date of the Event or a 100% refund of the registration fee.

Article 6 - Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for damage to the Participant's vehicle.

6.2 The Participant is liable for damage caused by his/her actions during the ride to third parties or property of third parties.

6.3 Each Participant is expected to abide by the applicable traffic rules during the entire ride.

Article 7 - Force majeure

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure.

7.2 Force majeure means circumstances that make the performance of the Event impossible and cannot be attributed to the Company.

Article 8 - Applicable law and Disputes

8.1 These conditions are governed by Belgian law.

8.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Company is established.

Article 9 - Changes to the Terms

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amended terms and conditions will be published on the website.

These terms and conditions are effective from 01/01/2025.
